EST presentation at the China Green Finance Committee’s 2nd Annual Conference

The 2nd Annual Conference of the Green Finance Committee was held on 15 April 2017 in Beijing with 500 participants from regulatory bodies, financial institutions and think tanks. The Vice Governor Dr. Chen Yulu named major green finance achievements in 2016, including acknowledging GIZ’s contribution to environmental stress testing (EST) in China. Qi Lan presented the Drought Stress Testing Tool in the panel of Environmental Risk Analysis and Environmental Credit Rating, and interactively exchanged opinions with other panelists on the opportunities and challenges of EST as well as how to further promote EST instruments in China.
